New Era Creative Space is excited to announce their Summer Theatre Camp August 5-16. Campers ages 9-13 will engage in improv, storytelling, song, and dance, while utilizing their skills to create their very own scenes for a performance at the end of the session.

A dance portion each day will ensure campers are warmed up and using their bodies to express their own musical ideas. Routines will be based on contemporary pop and Broadway music. All students will be able to create their own characters and scenes during improvisations, which will continue to be developed during the weeks into full-fledged scenes. Using Broadway classics and contemporary favorites, students will work on singing as a group while having the opportunity to solo if they wish.

All levels of experience welcome!

Scholarships Available for Peekskill Residents. $50 deposit is required to save your spot. Balance can be mailed to NECS 1016 Brown Street, Peekskill NY 10566
