Tennis is a game of skill and strategy yet at its essence, learning tennis is character-building and develops many virtues: cooperation, self-discipline, perseverance, confidence, resilience, and joyfulness to name a few. Join our program from beginners to intermediate ages 6 – 12, for a fun and engaging experience on court, learning essential stroke techniques in a positive environment. You’ll have a new appreciation of the game and its innate life-lessons. Participants will get the chance to discuss how certain virtues that apply to tennis apply to other aspects of their lives and why it is essential to develop them. We will also discuss popular tennis players who have had to overcome life challenges by developing the above virtues.
