NECS Children’s Theatre Collaborative PRESENTS “The Art of Speaking”. Feb 11 & 12. Performances on stage at Peekskill High School. In this musical play, a single mother teaches her pre-teen daughter about life lessons through reminiscing on her own uphill battles.
