Marketing Director (Part Time)
Create a Marketing Strategy including social media, content, email marketing, and digital advertisement that is fully integrated with revenue and business goals and aligns with pipeline generation targets. Plan, budget, launch and scale the overall marketing presence and brand awareness.
The Marketing Director is responsible for creating a marketing strategy including social media, content, email marketing, digital advertisement that is fully integrated with revenue and business goals and aligns with pipeline generation targets. Plan, budget, launch, and scale the overall marketing presence and brand-awareness.
Summary of Qualifications
We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to fulfill day-to-day marketing needs including, but not limited to:
Social Media optimization to handle a calendar of strategic content, updates and posts to drive engagement towards enrollment and donations.
Donation Campaign Management focused on outreach to philanthropic organizations aligned with our Mission.
Network Development of relationships and resources of a mutually beneficial nature.
Business Process Analysis to ensure our program participants are encouraged to refer/re-enroll our programs.
Experience with Advertising tools – Google analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proven ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging content
Exceptional organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Experience working for/with nonprofits preferred.
Experience using typical donation software like Blackbaud (Raiser’s Edge, eTapestry, Luminate, Convio, OneCause), Salesforce, Neon, Virtuous, Greater Giving, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Volgistics, Volunteer Hub, Cervis, CiviCore, Classy, Network for Good, etc.
Qualifications and Other Skills:
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
3+ years of experience in Social Media.
Experience creating marketing strategy from the ground up including managing a budget.
Hands-on capability to build a range of marketing assets, including eBooks, case studies, videos, and event/webinar content.
Ability to develop marketing materials, making it easy for sales to understand our service offerings and key positioning.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage and define multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
Possess ‘think on your feet’ capability.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
English fluency is required.
Experience working for/with nonprofits.
Part-Time 15 – 20 Hrs
$30 – 50/hr
