
Nature Connection Summer Program – Pathfinders [REGISTRATION CLOSED]
Nature Connection program offers hands-on opportunities to explore nature and develop their skills as artists and scientists. Broadly, this program will provide a safe, nurturing environment that enables children to develop creative skills while connecting with the natural world and learning about sustainable living practices.
Activities will include but are not limited to creative nature art and science projects, stories, games, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, seining, farming, and community service.
We will take to the outdoors daily, as much as the weather allows. Each three-week session will end with a pop-up exhibit of the participants’ work.
Session 1: July 5 – 21, M-F – 9 AM – 3 PM
Session 2: July 24 – August 11, M-F – 9 AM – 3 PM
Cost
Both sessions: Tier 1: $1500 / Tier 2: $750 / Tier 3: $500
One session: Tier 1: $750 / Tier 2: $500 / Tier 3: $250
No two sessions are the same, so sign up for both!

Matthew Benson
Servicial, dynamic, dependable. Matthew Benson is a New Yorker who has engaged his time to serve others. He started his studies in Dobbs Ferry and later in the city of Peekskill, where he is currently living and offering his work to the community. He is part of the NECS team as a coach in the theater program and for the empowerED boys club.
