Glenn is a creative manager, entrepreneur and community leader with more than 15 years of successful marketing, business development and nonprofit experience. He was the founder, and managing partner of My Dissertation Doctor, GFS Design Group, and PriceValueRugs; focusing on community revitalization, entrepreneurship and training and innovative workforce readiness programs.  

As a HUBZone Certified Digital Agency, Glenns’ firm was responsible for the launch of ApprentiSmith®, a creative approach in embedding young adults and youth job-seekers with seasoned professionals to gain part-time and full-time career-enhancing experience through integrated education-employment curricula, probationary and apprenticeship employment, and economic development programs combining rapid skills expansion and targeted job creation.
