Jennifer Turner

Jennifer is a radiant and authentic servant leader with extensive experience across supply chain management, business processes, data analysis, global asset management, procurement, finance, education, and communications in technology and various other industries. She has successfully managed global cross-functional teams and multi-billion dollar budgets, traveling to over 17 countries to enhance her expertise. A skilled communicator, Jennifer excels in creating documents that convey messages with clarity and impact. She is dedicated to driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience, utilizing innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) to significantly reduce manual processes and streamline costs.

Currently, Jennifer serves as the Program Director for New Era Creative Space, where she passionately works to uplift others within her career and community. In her previous role as IBM’s Global Supplier Diversity Program Director, she promoted the development of businesses owned by women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ+ community members, veterans, and other disenfranchised groups, connecting them with opportunities to stimulate economic growth and drive meaningful change.

Jennifer has held positions on numerous non-profit boards, including the Women Business Enterprise National Council, Minority Supplier Development China, Global Supplier Diversity Alliance, Black Owners and Women Advisory Board, National Minority Supplier Development Council Business Consortium Fund, and WEConnect as a Global Ambassador. Her relentless efforts to elevate others have been recognized with multiple awards, including the Minority Supplier Development China Leader of Influence Award, Corporate Strategic Sourcing Buyer of the Year, a New York State Senator Proclamation designating a day in her honor, the Black Engineering of the Year Award (BEYA), the Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson Woman of Distinction, the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award, recognition as a Peekskill, New York Living Legend, and the John F. Kennedy Journalism Awards, among many others.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in General Management, both with Honors from Howard University, as well as a Master’s Certification in Project Management from George Washington University.  A dedicated Girl Scouts Lifetime Member and Sunday School Director at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Jennifer is also an advocate for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. She infuses her talents, leadership, and creativity into her exemplary work and local community.

As a wife and mother of two vibrant daughters, Jennifer brings high energy and a positive attitude to each new challenge. She strives to inspire others and make the world a better place, one smile at a time, spreading love, laughter, and kindness.
