Marisa has served as the Director of WestCOP’s Putnam Community Action Partnership for over 20 years. In this role she oversees program management, community trainings, fund development and community needs assessment, while serving low-income and at-risk individuals and families. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Social Policy.
Marisa resides in Peekskill with her husband and daughter. She is committed to ensuring that all community members have equitable access to educational opportunities, including the arts. Her values of diversity and youth empowerment align with NECS’ core value that children are the most valuable asset of a community.
