Adult Community Yoga Program
In this class you will experience a creative, dynamic, and grounding yoga practice that uses the breath to connect to movement. Poses are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm.
Chair or Floor Yoga accessible, bring the entire family to share in some wellness. Come with an open mind & leave with a full heart.
